This is Baby Seal Fur Dubbing. The real thing !
|
|
|
Talon's
Seal's
Fur is available in 2 grades, mature and baby
Mature, dark and course.
Baby, cream/white and fine.
(Yes, this is real baby's fur)
The Baby's fur is the best for dying as the light
colour takes colour easily, so for those carrot and
lake fishing colours, this material is excellent.
Mature, a natural choice for most nymphs. This hair
is soft and tender, totally unlike the mature hair,
a pleasure to work with.
|
To
change the colour on Baby's fur you can also use a
waterproof marker pen after you have constructed the
nymph or any fly. Now its possible to have a nymph
with the bottom of a lighter or different colour,
just like the real thing or change the colour in the
field to suit the days conditions or hatch.
Or add strips of different colour or even dots, all
with the aid of a marker pen.
To
add flash or the gas look to this dubbing, add antron
or angle hair or polaraire or all three or what ever
you use on your special blend.
Suitable
patterns, they are endless, so we will not show any.
Standard pack size : 140 x 80mm
*
Yes, the Baby Fur is legally taken in the North Atlantic.

Just
a thought from Uncle Barry by who I do not who wrote this,
"The
ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments
of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times
of challenge and controversy".
