Roman Moser Power Silk. The unbreakable fly-tying thread from Roman Moser, Power Silk, can be used beautifully on any size hook from freshwater midges to streamers and saltwater flies. It is suggested that Power Silk be used with a ceramic bobbin and only cut under tension.

Power Silk is used and recommended by Oliver Edwards in his DVD's. This is a fantastic very fine, super strong thread. The thread will tie down to size 20 with almost zero build up and without breakage even on large hooks, indeed a very useful thread. This thread lays beautifully flat on your hook shank !
