Talon Ratus Dubbing

Yes, this is the real thing, Ratus Dubbing.

There are no guard hairs in this dubbing, just a wonderfully soft grey hair with a touch of ginger and white mixed through.

The great advantage of this dubbing is that it wets -up very fast and will then aid your flies sink rate, the result being the fly moves through the water in a far more natural way than does the lump of lead wire 'thing'.

We have added a small percentage of Talon Crystal Dubbing Flash material to heighten the beauty of the hair and introduce the trapped air look.

Remember, no guard hairs, a super smooth body.

If the dubbing is treated to a dry fly floatent then it will produce great dry fly body.

Or when used with a quality hackle and floatent being applied the the Ratus Dubbing, then a semi drowned caddis can be produced which most fish fish find irresistible
