All Talon Fly Lines are supplied in no frills packaging, we believe in the value should be in the product you buy not the pretty packaging which you throw away. Which results in a cheaper fly line to you the fly fisher/caster because Talon Fly Lines do not use expensive throw away packaging.

Freight to anywhere in the World with a Postal address is ONLY $1.00, plus tax if the address is within Australia. Living outside Australia, then you also save on tax, as there is no Tax paid on Export items.

Talon Rapier Weight Forward and Double Taper Fly Lines
This group of Fly Lines represent amazing value and should be selling at twice the price, however due to the volume of sales and non frills packaging, we can past on the savings to you! All Rapier Lines are coated with a supple finish designed to reduce protein and dirt buildup. This finish also has the advantage of increasing line speed and aids rollover. A very low memory to coiling in all fishing temperatures is a standard, normal feature, unlike some brands that require a special line for this or that temperature range.

The floating line is yellow coloured. A yellow fly line you ask, now just think, in the low light conditions of the early evening and there are midges being sucked in by big fat browns, it would be nice to see your line, almost to the end, just 2.4 meters away or so from that beautiful mouth. Yes, yellow, it's almost a perfect colour and it costs no more!

Talon Double Taper fly lines are available in 2 different colours to easily identify when lying together and both are finished in a super slick coating for speed and resistance to muck and junk, a total joy to use.

Talon Competition Double Taper Intermediate Fly Lines
This range of Fly Lines have been selected for their fine balance and finish. And are ideal for the Tournament Caster or for a person wishing to make up a shooting head line. Which is only selecting a line class about 2 classes over the rods suggested rating and then cutting the Double Tapered fly line into two, attach a running line, you now have a cheap and very efficient shooting head.

Talon Rocket Shooting Heads
Fantastic value Shooting Heads produced in Gt Britain for Talon. Each end has a different taper which increases the usefulness of this head also produces better presentation and less dumping.

This is not the standard 30 foot head that is normally available, because we are casters at Talon/Aussiefly, we decided on a better length for greater performance, and tapered ends, Talon Rocket Shooting Heads are 44 feet.

Talon Advanced Running Line
This is a new running line developed by Talon which floats, in Hi Vis Yellow, B/S 32 pound approx.,. Suitable for both Saltwater and Freshwater Shooting Heads of all weights. The super smooth low friction coating allows the line to travel fast and freely. Almost never tangles and resists protein/muck build up which can reduces the shooting speed and therefore the distance cast. This could be the newest of all running lines available to the general public.
