Tonight, it seemed like the Earth was coming to an end !
Thunder and lighting that went on for hours, to the level, our solar panel went into charge mode, the lighting was just and endless light that didn’t go out, like daytime for hours. Never in my life have I seen a storm like this. 3am in came the hail and belted everything in its path.
Exciting night, you might say so, frighting would be a far better description of the evening !
This rain and hail had the hill sides running with water, its hard the think of a hill with water about 25mm running down and over everything.
How much rain we had this night…… couldn’t tell.
The river has now broken its banks and in places about 200meters wide or MORE !
AMAZING SIGHT.
As everything has been wiped out for at least a day or two, and as during the night our mobile phone fell and hit the floor, its also now in the class of failed/buggered, its time to buy a new mobil phone which will require a trip to Cooma, and of course a lunch with friends.
Yes there were a couple of beautiful Rainbows to enjoy, like this one
